Responsibilities:

• Teach Math to Elementary and Middle School students
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
• Help students understand the structure of Math and develop mathematical competence
• Motivate each student to apply mathematical understanding and skills in the solution of practical problems
• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience working with kids, preferably in a school system or university settings
• Previous experience teaching kids at a public school is a plus
• Ability and desire to make Math fun for children
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Teaching experience required (minimum one year)
• Must be available after 4:30pm
• Must have reliable transportation
