Job Description
2/3 Math Teacher (Bilingual Preferred) — Ricardo Flores Magón Academy Seeking creative, passionate, social-justice-oriented teacher leaders. We know burnout in education is real. The last several years of disruption have stripped much of the joy out of classrooms, and great teachers are leaving the profession. At Ricardo Flores Magón Academy, we remember why we got into this work — and we bring that energy to our students every single day. At RFMA, you'll teach within a coherent, research-based curriculum while bringing your own creativity, lens, and lived experience into how it lands for kids. Our culturally responsive, social-justice-oriented mission shapes everything we do, and we are looking for educators who want to be part of that. If this resonates — or if you are looking to reconnect with the spark that brought you into education — we would love to hear from you. We are also happy to schedule a school tour so you can see RFMA in action.
