  • Full-time Job Summary Success4Life is looking to hire one hardworking and dedicated ROC Teacher to support students in the Westminster, Colorado area.
This is a full-time position with a great daily schedule, meaningful work, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on adjudicated and at-risk youth. The ROC Teacher will work with small groups of students, with an average class size of approximately 6 to 10 students. The ideal candidate must be able to teach and support students across multiple subject areas. A strong background in math is especially helpful, as math is often one of the most challenging subjects for students. However, we are looking for someone who is flexible and comfortable helping students in a variety of academic areas, not just one subject. Success4Life is a proven education and human services company based in Evergreen, Colorado. We provide educational support, structure, skill-building, and individualized instruction to students who need a consistent and committed adult in their corner. Responsibilities Provide academic instruction and support to students in the ROC program. Teach and support students across multiple subject areas. Provide math support when needed. Assist students with assignments, academic progress, and skill development. Build positive, professional relationships with students. Create a structured, supportive, and consistent learning environment. Help students stay engaged, complete assignments, and work toward academic progress. Communicate professionally with Success4Life leadership and program partners. Maintain appropriate documentation and student progress notes as needed. Support students with life skills, accountability, and positive decision-making.
