Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and learning modalities. Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs. Assess student progress regularly and provide meaningful feedback. Maintain accurate records of student achievement and growth. Prepare students for state assessments and future coursework. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching strategies when appropriate. Provide intervention and enrichment opportunities as needed. Classroom Environment Create a classroom culture that is safe, respectful, and conducive to learning. Establish clear expectations and consistent classroom procedures. Foster student confidence, responsibility, and academic independence. Promote positive character development and strong work habits. School & Family Partnerships Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians. Participate in conferences, school events, and extracurricular activities as needed. Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success. Maintain confidentiality regarding student records and school matters. Professional Responsibilities Participate in curriculum development and school improvement efforts. Stay current on best practices in mathematics education. Engage in professional growth opportunities. Assist in the selection and evaluation of instructional materials.
Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess:
