POSITION AVAILABLE
High School Math Teacher
POSITION STARTS
Monday, July 27, 2026
SCHEDULE:
7:45AM to 4:15PM, Monday thru Friday in keeping with academic schedule.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To provide on campus, classroom instruction for middle and/or high school students in a diverse, private school in Jacksonville, Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include: providing appropriate learning experiences for students across a range of cultural backgrounds; ensuring proper classroom etiquette and behavior; prepare and follow class appropriate Lesson Plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Communicating effectively with students and parents concerning students progress, working both independently and with the department team to ensure student success; strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have one of the following; Previously Taught in a Florida Public or Private School for 3 or more years or; Bachelor's Degree (4 years from an accredited university)
BENEFITS / COMPENSATION
Benefits and compensation include: Base Salary is negotiable between $38,000 - $39,500, a year Participation in 403(b) Retirement Plan is available immediately, upon hire Employer Matching Contributions towards Retirement Plan, after 1 year of employment
