This is a great opportunity for someone who: ✅ enjoys working with students ✅ has strong math and communication skills ✅ enjoys leadership and mentoring ✅ wants to grow with a new local education center from the beginning As a Lead Instructor, you'll help: Teach and support students in grades K-12 Build student confidence and foundational math skills Assist with instructor support and center operations Create a positive and welcoming learning atmosphere Help families feel encouraged and supported throughout their child's learning journey We are currently targeting an August opening timeframe. Selected candidates may have the opportunity to begin training during the center buildout and pre-launch phase.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong math proficiency through Algebra and Geometry (higher math a plus) Friendly, patient, and encouraging personality Experience tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring students preferred Leadership experience is a plus Ability to work with students of varying skill levels and learning styles Why Join Us?
