Yesterday Job Description Bettendorf High School is seeking a dedicated Academic Interventionist•Credit Recovery Teacher to support student achievement through targeted instruction. This position works closely with students, teachers, and support staff to improve skills and help students meet academic goals.

1.0 FTE Position

Salary:

$50,000 (BA 0-4 starting salary for 25-26 school year)

Required Qualifications:

Must have or be able to obtain appropriate Iowa licensure/certification Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of reading instruction, intervention strategies, and literacy development Ability to work with small groups and individual students to address reading needs Ability to analyze student data to inform instructional decisions Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, administrators, and support staff Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
