Job Description

The BCLUW Community School District has an opening for a Jr/Sr High Special Education teacher. Candidates should have the Instructional Strategist II endorsement. In addition to a district-paid single health insurance plan, BCLUW also offers other unique benefits to licensed staff, including a tuition reimbursement program, monthly contribution to an employee's Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, and monthly contribution to an employee's student loan repayment. BCLUW maintains small class sizes, modern facilities and equipment, and a supportive community. BCLUW is conveniently located in central Iowa, approximately mid-way between the Cedar Falls/Waterloo and Des Moines regions. BCLUW serves approximately 460 students grades Preschool - 12 in the Beaman, Conrad, Liscomb, Union, and Whitten communities.
