2026-2027 Mathematics Interventionist at
Westmoor Elementary School Salary:
Commensurate with experience
Benefits Eligibility:
Eligible for full-time benefits for certified personnel
Work Year:
8/17/2026 - 5/28/2027
Days Off:
10 holidays plus winter break (10 days) and spring break (5 days)
Schedule:
8:15am - 3:45pm Qualifications & Licensure Illinois Professional Educator License with Elementary Education Endorsement; Reports to:
Principal Performance Responsibilities:
Provide math intervention learning support to students identified for intervention Support professional learning by demonstrating lessons and co-planning lessons and interventions Help to identify professional learning needs of the District through working with teachers Develop, monitor, and assist with the math intervention model Facilitate the analysis of students' math work and achievement data with colleagues and administrators Assist teachers in aligning their instruction and assessment practices to the math standards, district curriculum and reporting system Seek resources inside and outside of the district to maintain necessary skills and apply new knowledge to best serve students and staff Develop and implement innovative ways to share ideas and learning related to math instruction Actively participate in staff, team and committee meetings when applicable Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment Collaborate with administration and the grade level teachers to lead professional learning initiatives
Terms of Employment:
10 Month Position; salary and benefits as determined annually by the D28
