Immediately Job Description This position would support a comprehensive, data driven MTSS framework by ensuring consistent intervention, progress monitoring, and collaboration to improve student outcomes in math. 12:00-3:30 MTSS Tier 3

• Intensive small group or individualized pull out instructor for students demonstrating significant skill deficits, based on data and progress monitoring. Progress Monitoring
• Conduct progress monitoring using research-based assessment tools to track student progress and adjust instruction rs to review STAR and other assessment data, identify students needs, and support instructional planning Intervention Planning
• Design and implement targeted, evidence based, interventions aligned to identified skill deficient. MTSS Team Participation
• this would be on a monthly basis to work with classroom teachers, contribute data and insights, as well as recommendations on movement with the tiered system of support.. Documentation and Compliance
• Maintain accurate record of interventions, progress monitoring, and student outcomes Student groupings will be determined based on data analysis and identified sill needs, allowing for flexible, responsive grouping rather than a fixed number of students
