Mathematics Teacher Randolph Public School District - 2.4 Randolph, MA Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Qualifications Community engagement Faculty collaboration Student record keeping Engaging lesson design (student motivation techniques) Mid-level Working with high schoolers Curriculum implementation Classroom behavior management Classroom Teaching K-12 education instructional development Full Job Description The Randolph High School Mathematics Teacher will facilitate student success in academic and interpersonal skills through academic courses of study and implement district approved curriculum, documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations and goals.
The ideal candidate will: Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and various community agencies for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions, and planning curriculum.
Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
Plan and deliver effective and engaging instructionPromote equity and appreciation of diversityMaintain classroom managementPromote high standards and expectations for student achievementProvide rigorous instruction aligned with the MA Common Core Practices and StandardsPerform other duties as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal and/or Department Head
