Company Description Innovative Learning Educator Michigan Hispanic Collaborative (MiHC) Full-time | Detroit, MI | Salary commensurate with experience Michigan Hispanic Collaborative is hiring an Innovative Learning Educator to help bring Everything to Win (ETW) to life in the classroom. ETW is MiHC's in-school postsecondary decision-making model that helps first-generation and under-resourced high school students build the skills, confidence, and support needed to make informed decisions about college, career pathways, and life after graduation. The role is designed for a strong, student-centered educator who can build classroom culture, deliver engaging lessons, adapt instruction, and work as part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Deliver engaging, culturally responsive, student-centered lessons aligned to MiHC's ETW curriculum Help students build critical thinking, communication, collaboration, self-advocacy, financial literacy, and postsecondary planning skills Create a classroom environment where students feel seen, challenged, supported, and prepared Collaborate with coaches, paraprofessionals, families, school partners, and MiHC leadership Use student needs, data, and reflection to strengthen instruction and outcomes Who We're Looking For A skilled educator with strong classroom presence and high expectations Someone who believes students already bring talent, culture, intelligence, resilience, and ambition A reflective, accountable, collaborative professional who can build trust while maintaining structure Experience working with first-generation students, under-resourced communities, and diverse learners preferred Bachelor's degree required; teaching certification and classroom experience preferred To Apply For more details visit www.mihc.org/jobs.
