About the role Provides 1:1 and group instruction as needed to support student online learning toward earning a high school diploma. Coordinates student high school diploma education and training to ensure student progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps program leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data. What you'll do Coordinate student completion of approved online high school diploma program. Meet Department of Labor (DOL) and Company statistical goals for assigned area. Demonstrate ability to manage classroom environment and classroom discipline for effective learning. Demonstrate full knowledge of competency-based instruction, computer management instruction, and cooperative-learning techniques. Tailor facilitation to each student by using a variety of instructional approaches in recognition of students' diverse learning needs and preferences. Make recommendations for policy and curriculum revisions. Participate in evaluations of student progress. Provide appropriate personal and educational guidance to students. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education with State certification. Valid driver's license. The pay range for this role is: 57,600 - 64,000 USD per year(St. Louis JCC Main)
