Job Description
Assignment:
Face-to-face class at Macon or Jackson campus Prepare and teach assigned courses in accordance with course outlines and published course schedule. Collaborate with Arts and Sciences colleagues and administrators in program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement processes. Maintain accurate records for each course taught. Assist in student retention. Participate in college events and activities. Cooperate in scheduled student evaluations of instructor and space. Keep regular posted office hours in accordance with college policy. Submit all college reports in an accurate timely fashion. Attend instructor and departmental meetings as scheduled. Be responsible for professional development and maintaining professional competence. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Required:
Master"s degree in Mathematics or closely related discipline with 18 graduate hours in Mathematics; Teaching experience. Community college or high school teaching experience preferred. Ability to use computers and software to support instruction, including course management software.Qualifications Preferred:
