High School Math Teacher Noor-Ul-Iman School - 3.7 Monmouth Junction, NJ Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Calculus Bachelor's degree Geometry Lesson planning Algebra Full Job Description Noor-Ul-Iman School is seeking a highly qualified instructor who can teach High School Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, or Introduction to Statistics. A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in the appropriate field are required. Teaching Certification and or Master's Degree a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching standard-based instruction with proficiency Integrate Islamic teachings, morals, and values into lesson plans and instruction. Knowledge of best practices and implementation of differentiated instructional strategies Fostering continued growth of established school culture Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' Demonstrate high level of knowledge and skill in subject area Organizes and effectively communicates class/course objectives, standards, and requirements for successful achievement, e.g., syllabi, tests, specific tasks. Provides guidance and assistance to students as needed in order to ensure appropriate assimilation of the course content in an effort to support student success and achievement. Employs a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing students, including demonstrations, Math manipulative materials, discussions, and class practice Noor-Ul-Iman school is a diverse learning community brought together by a mutual desire to practice and preserve core Islamic teachings within a world class educational environment.
