Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, well‑planned instruction aligned with department and school curriculum.
- Hold students to high academic standards while providing appropriate support and feedback.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain accurate grading, records, and communication with students and families.
- Collaborate with department members on curriculum, pacing, and common assessments.
- Support students through extra help, office hours, or academic support programs.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Uphold school policies and contribute positively to school culture.
- Commitment to the school's mission and values
- Willingness to support extracurricular activities or school programs as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field. Master's degree preferred)
- Valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain certification)
