Job Description

Are you passionate about teaching math to young learners? Do you enjoy working with small groups of students and tailoring instruction to their individual needs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Math Teacher to work with students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, teaching content up to 6th grade. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a love for math and empowering students to discover concepts at their own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and developmentally appropriate math instruction to young learners. Work with small groups or individual students to differentiate instruction based on skill levels. Understand and utilize math progressions to help students advance at their own pace. Design and implement activities that encourage hands-on learning and problem-solving. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to guide their development. Collaborate with teachers and staff to align math instruction.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for teaching math to early learners. Experience working with Pre-K to 5th grade students in a classroom or tutoring setting. Understanding of math progressions and the ability to tailor instruction to various learning levels. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Technologically savvy.
