MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate required.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of classroom experience required.
Skills:
Computer literate; excellent written and oral communication skills; expertise in Special Education transition assessments and programming; ability to maintain cooperative relationships with administrators, teachers, staff, and community partners.
SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
These statements are intended to describe the responsibilities assigned to the position and are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required. 1.Through the RTI & Assessment Department, oversee implementation and compliance related to the Math Achievement & Proficiency Act beginning in the 2026–27 school year. 2.Provide coaching, guidance, and support for math interventionists to strengthen intervention practices, instructional effectiveness, and student outcomes in mathematics. 3.Serve as a key partner in the district's math alignment work, supporting the development of aligned instructional practices, essential learning, assessment systems, and intervention supports. 4.Collaborate with the Director of RTI & Assessment to support district-wide assessment coordination and provide back-up assistance for assessment processes and reporting as needed. 5.Provide support, resources, and professional learning for staff related to mathematics intervention, instructional supports, assessment practices, and student achievement. 6.Analyze student performance, intervention, and assessment data to support district decision-making and continuous improvement efforts related to mathematics achievement. 7.Collaborate with district instructional leaders, site administrators, teachers, and intervention personnel to strengthen systems of support for mathematics learning. 8.Perform any other duties as assigned.

Ability to handle problematic or difficult situations professionally by communicating with the appropriate person.
