Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Regular School Hours (40 hours/week) We are seeking a passionate and experienced Advanced Math Teacher to join Klamath County School District in Klamath Falls, OR for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on teaching Geometry and Calculus to students in grades 7-12 in a small, structured classroom setting of approximately 15-18 students. What You'll Do + Deliver engaging and structured instruction in advanced math (Geometry & Calculus) + Create a classroom environment that supports learning, growth, and confidence + Build strong relationships with students while maintaining effective classroom management + Adapt instruction to meet different learning needs and collaborate with support staff + Communicate effectively with school leadership, parents, and colleagues What We're Looking For + Bachelor's degree or higher + Active teaching license/certification (state or district required) + Experience teaching math (advanced math preferred) + Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly + Commitment to student safety and success + Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Why This Role Stands Out + Teach advanced-level math in a focused classroom + Small class sizes (15-18 students) for meaningful impact + Supportive school environment with additional classroom assistance + Opportunity to make a lasting difference in student achievement
