Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, anticipated Third Grade Teacher to join our team. This position is anticipated to be available at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction, fostering critical thinking, and supporting student learning and development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance student success Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance instruction Participate in professional development and district initiatives Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Grades PK-4 Certification Required Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills Prior teaching experience preferred Skills & Competencies Passion for teaching and student engagement Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners Strong classroom management and student support skills Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities Salary & Benefits Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
