Duties Deliver comprehensive math lessons aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative teaching methods and learning technology tools to enhance understanding. Develop and adapt lesson plans that incorporate diverse instructional strategies suitable for varied learning styles and needs. Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, standardized assessments, and project work; provide constructive feedback to support growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, respectful environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with colleagues Engage in ongoing professional development related to teaching methodologies approaches as needed. Participate in school activities such as parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and educational research initiatives to continually improve instructional quality. Experience Proven classroom management skills with experience teaching middle school or equivalent levels in private or public school settings. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring strategies for student success across various assessments.
