Requirements:

Proven proficiency in Math, Reading, and Writing (testing required before the interview). Exceptional communication skills to connect with students, parents, and staff. A track record of patience, enthusiasm, and innovation in teaching. Availability for a minimum of 15-20 hours/week, with flexibility for additional responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving educational needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced academic coaching aligned with Eye Level's curriculum and standards. Mentor junior instructors and contribute to staff development. Provide detailed progress updates and recommendations to the Center Director and parents. Take an active role in refining and customizing instructional materials to meet individual student needs. Facilitate student motivation through strategic incentives and recognition programs.
