Qualifications:

Masters or equivalent in a specific content area Certified VT Teacher following the Vermont AOE Supplemental Instruction Licensing Guidelines found here Commitment to continual training in reading &/or math to deepen content expertise Must have current knowledge of proficiency based literacy &/or math components Excellent communication and organization skills Skills to assess and analyze student progress towards achieving the benchmarks through use of data Strong collaboration, facilitation and organizational skills Demonstrate leadership within our common systems and approach to build collective efficacy between educators Foster a positive rapport with students, families and their teachers •The District is currently in negotiations for the upcoming contracts. The salary indicated in this posting is for the FY25/26 school year and will be updated as soon as negotions are concluded•
