Position Summary:

Henderson State University's College of Aviation, Science, and Nursing invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Instructor of Mathematics position beginning August 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Teach freshman- and sophomore-level mathematics courses Provide office hours and academic support to students outside of class Serve on college and university committees Contribute to the development and growth of academic programs Perform additional duties based on experience and area of expertise

The position will carry a load of 15 course hours each semester.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a master's degree in mathematics or teaching and should have a minimum of 18-hours of graduate course work in mathematics. Experience teaching is preferred.
