Education/Teaching Position Summary:

Stern College for Women is seeking adjunct instructors for a variety of academic departments in our midtown Manhattan location. Courses are offered in fall and spring semesters.

Position Responsibilities:

Teach up to two undergraduate courses in-person up to twice a week, in one or more of the following areas: Art History and Studio Arts Biology Chemistry Computer Science Economics English History Jewish Studies Mathematics Philosophy Physics Political Science Psychology Sociology Speech Pathology & Audiology Statistics Other position responsibilities: Administration of all exams Grade all exams and assignments by university deadlines Meet and mentor students

Experience & Educational Background:

Graduate-level degree in a related field Experience teaching undergraduate students preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Experience teaching undergraduate students
