Part-time Department Opening:

Math and Natural Sciences Marian University invites applicants for the position of Adjunct Professor in Mathematics, starting August 2026. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and student engagement. Marian University is an institution that values innovative teaching. This position is primarily for on-campus / in-person courses at our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin campus. Occasional opportunities for hybrid and online teaching may be available.

Primary Responsibilities:

To teach (3-9 credits) at our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin campus face-to-face, times to be arranged between 8 am and 3 pm. Teach mathematics for elementary education majors, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, business math, and possibly 300+ level courses. The candidate will exhibit skill and enthusiasm in teaching undergraduates. Strictly honor the privacy, security and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to state, federal, and college regulations, policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree (preferably Math Education), with a minimum of 18 credits in mathematics. Two years' experience teaching in secondary or post-secondary level. Willingness to support the Mission and Core Values of Marian University. Special note for any applicant who resides outside of the
