Job Description
Bentonville Schools has a need for a Parent Educator for their Parents as Teachers home-visiting program. This position involves recruiting, enrolling, and serving families within their homes to ensure that parents have the skills to be their child's first and best teacher. The position is full time, year-round, with hours of Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00 (depending on the needs of families hours will be adjusted for home visits and group meetings). It is a 230-day position, with time off during some school breaks. Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and the best retirement program in the nation. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or a related field is required, as is experience in early childhood.
