Job Overview Join our unique learning environment at Jonesboro Learning Pods, where you will guide small groups of students through engaging, personalized learning experiences. In this role, you foster academic growth, social development, and a love for learning. Responsibilities Deliver lesson plans that align with students' individual needs and curriculum standards Facilitate engaging activities that promote active participation, critical thinking, and teamwork Monitor student progress and focus on master-based learning Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that encourages confidence and enthusiasm for learning Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educational specialists to ensure student success and well-being Manage classroom materials, resources, and technology to enhance instructional effectiveness Foster positive behavior management strategies that promote respect, responsibility, and independence Experience Background in education GREATLY preferred Arkansas Educator License GREATLY preferred This role is ideal for individuals who love teaching but are out of the traditional public school classroom.
