Your day-to-day focus will be on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where children develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
What you will do:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones for the age group 1-5 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements at all times Observe and document each child's development and communicate progress regularly with families Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and caregivers through daily communication and scheduled conferences Collaborate with your co-teacher and center leadership to maintain consistency and quality across the program Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments Pay and benefits
Pay:
$13- $15 per hour, based on experience and education.

CDSC Requirements:
