Position Overview:

La Paloma Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Jr. High Reteach and Enrich teacher to join our team for 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for educators who are committed to academic excellence, character development, and creating inclusive, engaging classrooms where all students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction Differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs Use assessment data to guide instruction and improve student outcomes Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom culture Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and extend learning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred) Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain) Strong instructional and classroom management skills Commitment to student growth, equity, and character development Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching upper elementary or junior high grades Background in RTI or enrichment programs Familiarity with standards-based instruction and data-driven practices
