To Be Determined Job Description SUMMARY Effectively manage the learning environment in a summer school program at a school site by preparing lesson plans, instructing students, evaluating and monitoring students' performance in order to advance student achievement. Understands and appreciates diversity. Works collaboratively with a team to plan instruction. Demonstrates commitment to continuous learning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Arizona Secondary Certificate with English Approved Area OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with English Approved Area AND Arizona SEI (Structured English Immersion) Endorsement OR Spanish-Bilingual Endorsement OR ESL Endorsement Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated success in engaging African American and Latino students Bilingual (Spanish) endorsement

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
