About the Role We are an academic-focused after-school program supporting K-8 students in a structured, small-group setting (approximately 6-8 students per group). In this role, you will lead students through daily homework completion and targeted instruction in math, reading, and writing, ensuring both accuracy and understanding. This is not a passive supervision role as you will actively teach, check work, and reinforce foundational skills while maintaining a focused and productive classroom environment.
