Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, including arts, sports, theater, Bible, and educational games. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times through vigilant classroom management. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school staff to support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or additional assistance. Maintain a clean and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations; administer basic first aid when necessary. Facilitate tutoring sessions or homework help to reinforce learning concepts introduced during the day. Incorporate Christian counseling principles when appropriate to support the emotional well-being of children in a faith-based setting. Skills Proven ability in classroom management and behavior management strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere. Experience working with children across various age groups, including early childhood education and daycare settings. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and children. Familiarity with childhood development principles and techniques for working with students in educational or recreational environments.
