Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively. Educate students through engaging lessons and hands-on activities that enhance their learning experience. Offer tutoring assistance to help students achieve academic success in various subjects. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children under your care.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment physical with TB test Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. Understanding of behavior management strategies to create a positive learning Background in early childhood education or related fields is desirable. Ability to educate children using creative teaching methods tailored to their needs. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
