Subjects to be taught will include grammar, writing, novels, and literature. This is not an ESL teaching position.

A CA Teaching Credential and/or working towards the completion of a CA Teaching Credential is a requirement. The Teacher is responsible for supervising, educating and working with students to achieve optimum development of skills and mastery of knowledge by conducting assigned subject-matter of grade-level(s) instruction. Teacher duties include planning lessons that target specific skills and concepts, managing classroom behavior to keep all students engaged in the lesson and providing individual support and feedback for their students. The Teacher must be dedicated to work with the school administration, faculty, students and parents in a way that promotes a positive Christian environment. This person must be a professing Christian, adhering to the CCSD Statement of Faith, with a vibrant and active spiritual life who desires to teach/model "Simply Jesus, Superior Academics and Servant Leadership" to their students.
