Summer After School Teacher

Arborland Montessori Children's Academy is looking for a Summer After School Teacher to work with children either 3-6 years old or 6-12 years old. We are a high achieving private Montessori school with young and motivated students. Our two beautiful campuses are located in excellent residential neighborhoods. We expect every child to be safe and learn happily. Our Summer After School Childcare programs are structured with thematic enrichment and play. Responsibilities:

supervise during indoor and outdoor activities develop and implement structured indoor and outdoor lesson plans for after school class follow and enforce all school rules and policies to keep students safe prepare daily snack Requirements to work with 6-12 year old students: experience working with elementary aged students ability to teach 1st-6th grade academics friendly yet firm, caring, responsible Requirements to work with 3-6 year old students: At least 6 completed ECE units and either enrollment in another 6 ECE or completion of 12 total ECE units ability to plan and execute arts and crafts activities friendly yet firm, caring, responsible
