The ideal candidate is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education and either has experience in classical education or is eager to grow within our model. This includes fostering critical thinking, cultivating virtue, and helping students recognize God's presence throughout all aspects of creation and human experience. Requirements Candidates should demonstrate a passion for forming the whole child within a structured, joyful, and academically rigorous classroom environment. Strong classroom management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and the parish community, are essential. Must be a practicing Catholic Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
