Santa Teresita School Santa Teresita School is building a pool of candidates for potential teaching openings for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions are anticipated and contingent on enrollment and staffing needs. We are an Archdiocese of Los Angeles Solidarity School serving the community of Boyle Heights. We offer multi-age classrooms and use structured programs including Success for All (SFA) and Illustrative Mathematics.
Openings May Include:
Elementary (multi-age) Middle School Math (Grades 5-8)

Our school is strengthening instructional systems and building consistency across classrooms. Teachers receive support and feedback and are expected to plan ahead, implement curriculum with fidelity, and maintain structured, well-managed classrooms. REQUIREMENTS
We Are Seeking Educators Who:
Have a commitment to Catholic education and Church teachings Hold a bachelor's degree Believe in high expectations for all students Can establish positive connections with students through strong routines and classroom management Are willing to learn and implement school-wide programs Are open to feedback and continuous professional growth Are committed to serving our community Teaching credential preferred; not required to start. Candidates must be willing to work toward a credential.
