League and FIRST Tech Challenge . We're proud to have led teams to numerous regional and national awards, and we're looking for passionate educators to join our growing after-school robotics program. We're seeking dedicated instructors with a strong background in child development and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students. You don't need prior robotics experience—we provide comprehensive technical training in our proven robotics curriculum. If you're eager to inspire the next generation of innovators, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in LEGO robotics using our established curriculum. Guide students through engineering challenges while fostering problem-solving and collaboration. Monitor and support student progress, adapting instruction as needed to promote understanding and retention. Create a positive, inclusive, and focused learning environment that builds student confidence. Partner with parents, school staff, and fellow coaches to support students' growth. Maintain a well-managed, safe classroom with effective behavior strategies. Experience & Qualifications Experience working with children in a school, camp, or enrichment setting is essential. Valid teaching credentials a plus! Familiarity with classroom or group management techniques. Experience with PBL preferred! Background in education, psychology, or child development is highly valued. A passion for teaching and helping students grow—both academically and personally. Why Join Us?
