Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all children. Supervise children during activities, snack times, and transitions, maintaining safety at all times. Implement classroom management strategies to promote engagement and positive social interactions among students. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and program updates. Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols, including basic first aid procedures when necessary. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative curriculum ideas that align with educational standards and developmental needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or after-school programs. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to handle behavioral challenges constructively. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
