$25.00 - $28.00 per hour About CAM Edu CAM Educational Services is dedicated to inspiring students through innovative Tech, STEAM, and Academic enrichment programs. We partner with schools to provide engaging afterschool experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. Position Overview CAM Edu is seeking certified and enthusiastic Afterschool Instructors to lead Tech & STEAM and Academic enrichment programs for K-8 students. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, technology, and student development while maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Lead Tech, STEAM, and Academic enrichment classes for students. Teach coding, robotics, engineering, science, math, and other educational subjects. Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons and activities. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Supervise students and ensure their safety at all times. Prepare lesson materials and technology before each session. Maintain classroom organization and basic cleanliness. Ensure learning spaces are clean, organized, and ready for student use. Communicate professionally with school staff, students, parents, and CAM Edu personnel. Complete attendance records and other required documentation. Qualifications Valid certification in Education, Child Development, STEM, Instruction, or a related field required. Must be willing to provide copies of certifications and credentials upon request. First Aid and CPR Certification preferred. Experience working with children in schools, afterschool programs, camps, tutoring, or enrichment settings. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Reliable, professional, and punctual. Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance if required. Preferred Skills Experience with coding platforms such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or robotics programs. Academic tutoring experience in math, science, reading, or writing. Knowledge of STEAM education and project-based learning. Bilingual skills are a plus. Why Join CAM Edu?
