The HST creates a personalized learning plan for each student that supports the progression of the standards and addresses any academic needs that require intervention or enrichment. The HST will collaborate with each student's learning coach to provide guidance, resources, and strategies to ensure academic progress and social/emotional growth.

This is not a virtual or remote role. The position includes in-person requirements such as student and staff meetings, professional development, state testing, and community events.
