Ages 4-13 Padres Baseball & Softball Camps provide a fun, structured environment where young athletes learn baseball and softball fundamentals while building confidence, teamwork, and character. Learn more about our program at: www.padres.com/camps Position Overview As a Padres Camps Coach or Camp Educator , you will guide campers through daily activities focused on baseball and softball skill development. Camp staff help create a supportive environment where young players can improve their athletic skills while learning teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship. Staff work closely with Site Directors and fellow team members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.
