San Gabriel Mission High School - Catholic College Preparatory in San Gabriel, California, is accepting applications for full-time teachers in all subject areas for the 2026-2027 academic year. Responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing rigorous, standards-based curriculum across college preparatory and advanced courses (including Honors and AP, where applicable) Utilizing technology and innovative teaching practices to develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills Maintaining accurate and timely records, including weekly gradebook updates Supporting the academic, social, and spiritual growth of students, educating the whole child—mind, body, and spirit Collaborating with colleagues to align curriculum, integrate cross-disciplinary learning, and support departmental and school-wide goals Actively participating in the faith life and mission of the school community The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in lesson planning, assessment, and differentiation to meet the needs of all learners, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must embrace and actively support the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church and San Gabriel Mission High School. A Bachelor's degree in the appropriate subject area is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience as a high school teacher. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in instructional technology and familiarity with online learning and grading platforms such as Google Classroom and Aeries.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree in subject area or related field Valid California Teaching Credential (Single Subject or equivalent) Experience teaching including Honors and/or Advanced Placement (AP) courses Commitment to ongoing professional growth and collaboration

Salary Range:

$47,402 - $65,000 annually Compensation is commensurate with experience, relevant professional certifications, and degrees earned. Salary is aligned with the guidelines set forth by the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
