We are a small, established school with a blended Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, a 1:6 ratio, and a team that genuinely cares about the work. It is a thoughtful, warm school where teachers are trusted, supported, and taken seriously. We are looking for a Lead Teacher for morning hours, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. This position could be part-time or full-time depending on the right fit. The classroom assignment may be with a single age group or a mixed-age group, serving children ages 2-6. Who We Are Looking For You have a strong early childhood background and real lead classroom experience. You understand child development and bring that knowledge into your planning, your interactions, and your daily decisions. You are observant, consistent, organized, and comfortable communicating with families. You take these years seriously because you know how much they matter. Respect is central to our school. For children, families, colleagues, and the classroom environment. Experience with Reggio Emilia-inspired practices, loose parts, outdoor learning, emergent curriculum, or Montessori is a real plus. What matters most is that you are curious, reflective, and always looking to grow.
