For the start of the new school year for grades 1st to 8th. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating and inspiring students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively while engaging students in their learning journey. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Utilize various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group discussions, and technology integration to enhance student learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to create a supportive educational community. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Incorporate creative activities such as theater or camp-themed lessons to engage students in unique ways. Experience Previous experience working with children in settings such as daycare, childcare, is a must. Familiarity with behavior management techniques is essential for maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere. Strong classroom management skills are crucial for effectively guiding students through their educational experience.
