Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the intellectual and emotional growth of students. This position requires a commitment to educating students, implementing effective behavior management strategies, and developing engaging curricula that meet educational standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Provide library services and resources to support student learning and research. Teach physical education classes, promoting health, fitness, and teamwork among students. Engage in childcare responsibilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during school hours. Participate in education administration tasks as needed, contributing to school-wide initiatives and events. Stay updated on childhood development theories and practices to enhance teaching effectiveness. Experience Candidates should possess experience working with students in an educational setting, demonstrating strong skills in behavior management, curriculum development, and effective communication.
