After-school STEM Faculty - part time Crest Robotics and Computing Academy Littleton, CO Job Details Part-time $500 - $1,500 a month 23 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Behavior management Google Drive Engaging lesson design (student motivation techniques) Schedule management Curriculum implementation Classroom experience Elementary school teaching Working with elementary school students Large group student management Student engagement classroom management Teaching Time management Full Job Description This is a part time job with a commitment of 1-5 classes per week during the school year on weekdays (after-school 60 minute classes in elementary schools) that typically occur during 2PM-5PM. The job requires Effective management of classroom with up to 24 children age between 6 yrs to 10 yrs old. Engage students in fun and relevant lessons based on established curriculum and specific classroom needs Qualifications Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required Comfort with computers, computer languages, logical thinking, and problem solving Strong character and work ethic Can do attitude Clear background check is mandatory in Colorado We will be providing all necessary training and guidance, and provide freedom for you to explore and express yourself.
