Full-time (In Person) Are you a passionate Montessori educator looking for a supportive, established school community? We are a well-established Montessori school in Clearwater, FL with a strong, collaborative culture, many of our team members have been with us for 10+ years . We pride ourselves on creating a warm, respectful environment for both children and staff, and we're excited to welcome additional educators for our growing programs. What We're Looking For We are seeking Montessori-trained teachers at all levels , with a particular need for: Elementary (6-12) Secondary (12+) We are also currently hiring: Full-time Preprimary or Primary Leads or Assistant Teachers (ages 2-6) Required Qualifications Montessori certification from AMS, AMI, or IMC (required for these roles) Bachelor's degree Experience working with children Strong classroom leadership and communication skills All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
