About the Role In this position, you will collaborate closely with other staff to plan and co-develop lessons, including production-based learning experiences centered on Shakespeare and mythology. Students will be guided to synthesize texts and create a culminating festival connected to the theme of the year, transforming learning into meaningful performance, writing, and creative expression. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a collaboration-ready, student-centered ELA educator who is excited and motivated to build projects with colleagues and support students in applying literacy content into confident communication,and everyday life principles.

The Facilitator Mindset :

We seek a teacher who acts as a facilitator and guide, rather than a dispenser of facts, awakening the student's spirit and imagination. Lead students to interact with a range of texts, including novel studies, to strengthen skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, viewing, and presenting.
